Registration

Here is the registration of the competition celebrating the second extraordinary anniversary of EDSA UMY:

1.    Participant(s) should complete the registration form.

2.    Make sure you fill completely the registration form and submit to M. Kenang Maulana by 02 November 2012

3.    You are requested to make payment of registration fee of IDR 70.000 when you submit the registration form.

4.    Soon after you send the registration form and make payment, send your video(s)/file(s) if you register for academic competition and Stand Up Comedy by 14 November 2012. However, if you register for fun competition save Stand Up Comedy, make sure you understand the competition schedule well and attend on that time.
